1. Acceptance
By installing or using the app or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site.
2. The app
X111 is the Android application published on Google Play under package
name com.x111.pro. This website (https://x111.biz) is the
official support and policy site for that app. Download the app only from Google Play.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not copy, decompile, resell or redistribute it, or use it to build a competing product.
4. Virtual coins
Coins exist only inside the app. A welcome bonus, the daily spin and the 7-day login streak add coins for free; mini games charge a small entry and pay out for reaching a skill target in time. Coins are not currency, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and carry no value outside the game. We may reset or adjust balances, and they are lost if you uninstall the app or reset your progress.
5. No gambling, no real-money features
Nothing in the app involves staking money, coins or anything else of value against a chance outcome. Every mini game rewards a fixed, achievable skill target. The daily spin is a free bonus, not a wager. The app is not a casino, a betting service or a money game, and it must not be used or described as one. There are no in-app purchases.
6. Advertising
The app is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, and by our own promotional cards, which are labelled as advertising. Links in ads open in your browser and lead to third-party sites we do not control. Follow them at your own discretion.
7. Availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be free of bugs or always reachable, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the settings service the app reads on launch. The app remains fully playable offline.
8. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access to our servers, or use the app in any way that breaks applicable law or Google Play policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost progress or lost virtual coins. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Age
The app is rated for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use it. If you are under the digital-consent age in your country, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
